The Camp
Birchwood Cottages & Trailer Park is a
seasonal fishing and family destination located just south of North Bay,
near the Village of Nipissing.
The Cottages
Nestled under tall evergreens along the eastern
banks of the South River you will find 5 housekeeping cottages ranging
from 2-3 bedrooms. All our units are comfortably furnished and feature
refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,
clean dishes, glasses, pots and pans, barbecue, colour TV and electric
heat, bedding & linen is supplied. Our cottages are well spaced for
the utmost in privacy and offer a great view over the South River. There
is no shortage of Picnic tables, barbecues, nature walks, and, yes, we
welcome your pets too. Some of our cottages even have their own private
dock.
The Trailer Park
features well spaced sites some with full
hook ups (H,W,S,) and some with Water and Hydro. There is also a large
camping area for guests who prefer their tents. Our central washroom and
shower facilities are kept in immaculate condition.
Spread over 14 acres with over 1000 feet
of river frontage there is plenty of room to roam for everyone. Romantic
bon fires are lit each evening, wind conditions permitting. |
